You're getting sleeeepy

I've seriously slept so much in the last 24 hours, it doesn't even feel like I'm awake right now. When I said I was ready to take on the weekend in my sign off Thursday, clearly I meant I wanted to take it on from bed -- sleeping. But doesn't it feel so good to catch up on sleep when you're a college procrastinator who stays up so late many a nights to finish that project you were issued two weeks ago? Yeah, it does.
Wednesday's school outfit
Tshirt: Hot Topic (old)//Jumper: UO//Tights:ModCloth//Loafers:Old Navy//Hair clip:Ruche
Thursday's thrifting outfit
Blouse (old!), skirt:Old Navy//Tights: ModCloth//Flats:Target(old)
Friday's "Pussy cat, pussy cat, I love you" little number...because of the kitty print blouse, obvs.
Blouse, oxfords: ModCloth//Cardigan: Express//Skirt by Knitted Dove, earrings: Ruche//Tights:Target
One more thing. (This is way more exciting than my outfits.) My friend Ashley over at Pursuing Daydreams blog is having one of the best giveaways I've ever seen. If you like Jeffrey Campbell shoes and NastyGal.com, then you must head over to her blog and enter to win either a pair of JC's (of your choice! up to $200) or a $100 gift cert to NastyGal. So go, visit her page linked above right meow and read all the juicy, and super easy, deets!!

Mikey and I are actually headed to Ashley's now to watch a movie.....and visit Chick-Fil-A since I recently found out she has one in her town and I didn't think they existed in Jersey! I'm about to go fatkid on some chicken sandwiches and waffle fries.

Hope y'all are enjoying this beautiful Saturday! :)

    1. I actually was feeling all sorts of rainbow'd out in that last outfit, but I didn't let it deter me from wearing it. Granted I received a lot of awkward stares at school, but that always happens with the way I dress. Either way, thank you for your comment. I'm glad my blog friends appreciate my colorful style :)

    1. Are you hungover or just sick with a migraine that came outta nowhere? I had a lot of wine on Easter but thank goodness, no hangover. I must have balanced the drinking out perfectly with all that fatkid eating I did. haha I hope y'alls trip to the ocean was good. I miss doing that with my family.

  5. You look so purdy in that pretty mint color, I love it. And did you know that Chick-Fil-A is the healthiest among the fast food chains? Now that doesn't mean it's healthy hahaha - Please, don't ask me how I know this.

    1. Thanks, Jazzy! And nooo, I didn't know that but I could see how it's true, even if it doesn't deem CFA "healthy fast food" or anything. At least I feel better about eating it ;)

  9. Thanks for promoting my Dreamlist contest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been having so much fun with it so far, the entries have been great! When you come by me and you have to do some reviews :) ..Oh and today while at work I was talking about shoes (in general) to one of my co-workers and she said she actually applied to be a waitress in hopes of making enough money to buy a pair of Jeffrey Campbells..idk why I get shocked every time I meet someone who shares my adoration for them..I was like OMG..I have 10 pairs!! She's going to enter the contest too :) ......So back to the reason I wanted to comment..I totally LOVE your outfits! You definitely have a great fashion eye. I love the way you pair your clothes. And please do share where you got those BEAUTIFUL oxfords..I want to see a close up of those..Instagram it! They are gorgeous!! I want a cute pair of oxfords that I can switch out the laces and put ribbons in. And those would be PERFECT :) ..And I'm glad you finally got your chick fil a fix! I was thinking about heading there for dinner tonight..but I'm going to try to hold out for later in the week..I'm so addicted!! hahahah. Next time I have to try that polynesian sauce.

    1. Lol! I love your epic comments. :D I'm glad you're getting a lot of responses. I do wanna see some of the ways girls styled the shoes on your fb next time I see you.
Thanks for the compliments, you're always so sweet. These oxfords are old, I got them a couple years ago already so too bad ModCloth doesn't sell them anymore, but I'm sure you can find some similar at a ton of places. I love JC's oxfords! I just never think to buy any because I love his heels so much.
Mmmm Chick-Fil-A.....may need to plan a trip to your side of town again...soon. hahaha

    1. Thanks, Jen! I used to only wear band tees and jeans, like all my life before I became fond of dresses. For some reason I just can't throw the tees away so I keep them for mixing in with the girly stuff now. I love it, too. It's edgy. :)

  18. I just slept the day away and it felt good. I love all of these outfits. You are so great a pulling off bright colors and various patterns and making it work. I need help in that department. Ashley's give away is incredible - holy smokes. I still don't own a pair of JC'S *sighhhh. Hope Chik-fil-a was delish and that you all had a fun time :]

Thanks, girl! I love me some colors...and lots of them. I honestly need to work on less color in my outfits. I mean, not like I 'have' to, but it'd be a challenge for me to just work with one or two colors, versus like 10. So I'm gonna try for it...eventually. heheh
I hope you check out/enter her giveaway! It's super awesome and I can't believe she's doing this all out of her own pocket! Definitely sign up!
And yess, Chik-Fil-A is ALWAYS amazing. haha
