In-n-Out

And I wish I was talking about the burger place.
I'm just popping in right quick because I slept in really late and didn't leave myself a good amount of blogging time before I have to leave for work. I bartend or work the door at my favorite bar (Clash Bar) every now and then. I get to listen to live rock music all night, yay!
First off I wanted to share some pictures of my super fun girls night last night and show y'all the shoes I got.
Ashley & I both wore our Jeffrey Campbell animal print heels
I like how they're totally different styles of shoe

Jen & Ashley w/a self proclaimed internet sensation. Hmm...

My "outfit pic" - I don't know why I'm standing like that.
And finally, although we told ourselves that neither of us would buy any shoes that night, we fell in love. With the same shoe! LOL We bought it in different colors. However, I want to go back for the color Ashley picked up.
My new babies! I opted for the orange, brown, and tan.
Is that an architectural shoe or what?!
This "Benched" beauty is called the "Rizzo" and the style was exclusive for Strut of NY
Here are the ones Ashley picked up.
Here we are with the nice gentleman that worked there. He loved our energy. :) Thank you Strut of NY for your amazing customer service and your absolutely divine selection of rare Jeffrey Campbell finds!
Secondly, apologies again that my feature post will come late tonight as I do not get out of work until 3 a.m. And hooray that this will be the last of the divorce related chat. Oh, but that doesn't mean life gets easier all around. :)
Oh, for some reason some of your comments aren't posting to my page. At least they're not visible to me, even though I've read them in my email. Hopefully this is only a temporary little blog-error, but just know I'm seeing them and I thank you for taking the time to leave one. Reading sweet words in the comment section is one of the things I look forward to most. Y'all are such sweetie pies!

Love,
Roni

    1. Oooh, it is SO 70's now that you remind me! :) I love those shoes and I put them on again as soon as I got home and wow-eee they were super comfy and amazing! I want more pairs of them and I usually don't like to repeat styles.
And trust me, I know what you mean. I was basically friendless and didn't do much of ANYTHING when we first got to Jersey, for like 8 months. I'm so happy I have Ashley and a few others to call my friends out here. I missed doing girls nights like this.
I'm sending good friendship vibes your way to send a new friend in your life out there! :)

  4. Those are the weirdest shoes I've ever seen. How the hell you would walk in those?

    1. HAHA, nerd. You can totally walk in them. You'd be surprised. I had stalked them online for about a year or more already but hadn't known of a store that sold them for me to try them on, since I wasn't about to purchase these online and wing it the way I do 99% of my clothes/shoes. I had a feeling these would be just for show and not practical at all. Boy was I wrong! These are insanely comfy and you don't feel that high up OR that part of the foot bed is missing. No freaking joke, dude. You can try mine on the next time we're together.

  5. Dang! Looks like you ladies had a ton of fun. I like the pink top you are wearing - very cute. And the Jeffrey Campbell's are beautiful! I want to try them on so badly, I can't believe it doesn't feel like a chunk of shoe is missing.

    1. We certainly did! We love New York! And do they ever just have the most solid selection of anything you're looking for?! I'm so happy it's right next door and I can just drive in at a moment's notice.
Thank you! I've had that pink top forever, it's from Bebe. :)
Ooooh thank you. I am so obsessed with these new JCs and I've taken them for strolls in my neighborhood, just to test out the uneven surfaces and dodge potholes every other 5 feet. They hold up and don't cause me to trip or anything at all! I obviously don't get paid a cent for any reviews on clothes or shoes I do, so trust me! That shoe is comfy and you definitely don't notice the chunk missing. :)
